It is not possible to transfer or withdraw your 4:18:4 entry. Once the ticket is bought, you're not eligible for a transfer or refund even partial. It is not possible to defer the slot to another year or another person.
The registration includes the following
- Your own spot in the transition area, great safety on the swim course, traffic regulation by the road closures, equipment for the volunteers, etc.

A cool 4:18:4 shirt to show off to your friends and colleagues
- Unique swim cap
- Medal
- Energy drinks and liquid during the race, and fruit and water for afterwards
- Personal timing incl. split times
Information for Relay teams

We recommend that the participants are a minimum of 13 years old.
- The relay teams can be male and female, and the disciplines can be split in between 2 or 3 persons.
- To enter a Youth-participant (under 18) in the race you will open the registration form and then select "Someone else, below 18".
Want to start in the same heat as your Triclub at our 4:18:4 races?
Are you a member of a triclub and wish to start together with all your club comrades, so that you can challenge each other internally, as well as together against the other triclubs? Remember to write your triclub in the "Tricub" field in the registration. This way your Triclub will be visible on your bib, and you will start together with all Triclubs on Amager Beach Friday at 18.00!
