What is 4:18:4
4:18:4 is a triathlon series with races in both Elsinore and Copenhagen.
4:18:4 is a mini-triathlon for all, both experienced triathletes and beginners, who want to try the three disciplines of swimming, cycling, and running in a professional setting.
No matter if you own a road bike with the state-of-art technology, or a city commute bike with a basket in front is your go-to iron horse, this is the perfect opportunity to try a new sport together with friends, family or colleagues. So, if you are looking for active settings to be social with your closest of friends - the 4:18:4 is made for you!
With just a bicycle and a swimsuit, you are good to go!
The only requirement is that you can swim 400 m, bike for 18 km and run 4 km. There are no strict rules for swim style, gear, or training outfit. If you have a wetsuit, you can use this, but it is not required.
